To Use: Simply pour a small amount onto a soft cotton pad, rub the pad in a gentle circular motion to loosen and remove makeup, then carry on with your normal skincare routine. When used on waterproof or high performance makeup, hold the saturated cotton pad on the stubborn area for 20-30 seconds, then gently wipe makeup away.
